Socializing and meeting new people are beneficial to avoid depression, another benefit of exercise.
The benefits of exercise also extend to a healthy heart, decreased levels of cholesterol and high blood pressure, as well as the total overall feeling of a healthy state. It helps in preventing some diseases that are related to having clogged arteries and obesity. Exercise improves the circulation and blood flow, which will translate in better skin, as many of the toxins and impurities in the body, will be released.
